Total Comfort called with an appointment time and stayed on schedule. They replaced my water heater with the same brand the builder originally installed. They were prompt and their costs were reasonable. I would use them again.

My Total Comfort experience was great start to finish. No one likes to spend a bunch of money on an expensive home repair, but AC is pretty important, especially in August in SoCal. Mine went out and I called and asked for system replacement quote (-furnace) and was given a very fair price. The crew arrived the following Monday and had everything installed and working in one day. The fact that they got here fast, did excellent work, and called me to follow up was really great. Thanks for the instant relief for me and my family. I would recommend this company to anyone. They will take care of you like family.

This company is amazing! I’ve always been skeptical about companies that call me on the phone soliciting services but this time it seemed different. The rep on the phone was very polite, considerate and actually seemed to care about what I had to say. As time went on, I found this to be true about everyone I met from the company.
My A/C was working ok (as far as I knew) and I really wasn’t looking for a new unit. By the way, mine was installed in 1959 🙂
After inspecting our system and showing myself and my wife how the new systems work and how energy efficient these systems were, we decided to replace our old system.
Total Comfort completely removed all of the old dirt filled duct work, the condenser and all of the hardware from the old system. I know it wasn’t an easy job but the work crew always had a smile on their faces (under all the sweat!) They had the entire job completed including new electrical wiring to the main electrical panel in less than 2 days. I was and am amazed.
This new A/C unit is unbelievable, I have never felt so comfortable in my home before. The air is cleaner, the humidity levels are perfect and I’m sure it is going to help on my electricity costs.
After everything was done, James called me a couple of time to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction and even helped me fill out the paperwork for my rebates from the City and the Gas company!
Again, I give a big 5+ stars for this company and would and have recommended this company to anyone that wants a quality system installed or serviced. They have truly been a pleasure to work with. Keep up the good work!

Service tech was very friendly and did a good job that took him only about 30 minutes to complete. The parts were less then $30.00. I think the labor was over priced. The total repair was $273.00. This was to replace a few plastic pipes under the kitchen sink. If money is no object use this company, if it is shop around for better price. It cost me around $240.00 for approx. 30 minutes labor.
I spoke to the manager of this company and now have a better understanding of the pricing. The work was good and the customer service was outstanding. You pay for what you get and I feel I got a good job.

When I thought needed a new HVAC system I called Total Comfort. I found the office staff to be very friendly and professional. They sent out a technician within hours after I called to determine the problem. After deciding on a new system, the regional rep. was at my house the next day. The very next day, a Saturday, two installers spent the day removing and installing the new system. On Monday another tech. came out to check the installation and verify that everything was working to my satisfaction. This company is truly amazing. They said they would be out to check the furnace portion of the system before winter and again to check the air conditioning portion just before summer.
Recently someone from the office called to schedule the furnace check up and because I was available that day, they said the tech. would be out that A.M. He showed up about 10 minutes early! I thought the check would take about 20 to 30 minutes. After all it is a new system. I would like to compliment the tech., Edward. He was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. He was there about two hours and checked the burners, the inducer draft motor, the gas valve, the gas line pressure, the ignition system, the blower motor and did a safety check. I had a question about the outside heat exchanger on the A/C unit and he checked it and showed me the readings he was getting and explained what they meant. I have never dealt with someone who was so thorough and not in a hurry to get in and get out.
Total Comfort is a Corona based company that has been around a long time and there is a reason for that. They sell only the best equipment and customer satisfaction seems to be high on the priority list. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Water heater broke. The Total Comfort service rep showed us where the system was leaking and since the unit was 14 years old, we decided it was time for a new unit. The rep then called the office and a team of two other reps with the heater we ordered were at our home within an hour. While they were replacing the water heater, the original service rep was adding some new parts to our air conditioning unit that are making it work more quietly and efficiently. This unit is also 14 years old. The rep then inspected our furnace (everything fine) and showed us some ways to improve the AC filtration and a cost much less than we’d previously been quoted by another contractor. Everything was done within three hours. The service reps — Jose, Mike and Phil — were all very professional, friendly and accommodating. We would certainly recommend their company and look forward to continuing to keep our old and new equipment working.
