DAVID & CORINNA KENNEY
(Owners)
We are accomplished and thriving business owners. David has been in the family’s Heating and Air Conditioning business his whole life. He started from the bottom, working his way to the top, one step at a time. From washing the trucks, warehouse, installation, service, estimating, purchasing, and any other roles you can think of. He advanced to President of Total Comfort in 2006 following his dad’s retirement and expanded the business into Plumbing and Insulation. Corinna has been by his side the entire time and helps out with the business any way she can. We know every aspect of our business which helps us be the best leaders we can be. Our goal is to continue growing the business one customer at a time.
We have been married for over 29 Years. We have two boys, Sean and Evan. They have both graduated college and are an active part of our Business now. Sean has recently gotten married and has a beautiful wife named Emma who is also a part of the business. Yes, a true family business. We strive every day to be the leaders in customer service in all of Southern California, making sure every single customer feels like part of our family. Once you do business with us, you are family!
CARLOS GONZALES
(VP ADD-ON REPLACEMENT)
As a native Californian, I grew up in Norco and graduated with Honors from Norco High School. After high school, I came across an opportunity in the construction field specializing in Heating and Air Conditioning in which I quickly excelled. Initially, I installed ductwork for heating and air conditioning systems in homes. After just six months I became a Field supervisor. After acquiring experience with various subcontractors, and builders I found a home with Total Comfort Inc. back in 1993 and for many years I have installed heating and air conditioning systems and performed service work for our valued customers. As a valuable asset to this team, I focus on system design, estimating, and making sure every customer is 100% satisfied. I currently reside in the High Desert. I have three children and enjoy spending our recreational time fishing, camping, and driving off-road vehicles with my family and friends.
CHUCK FEELEY
(VP Residential New Construction)
I was born and raised in Southern California and I am now living in Crestline. I have been in the HVAC industry for over 33 years and 14 of those have been here at Total Comfort Inc. I started off as an installer on custom homes up in Lake Arrowhead, then had the opportunity to move into residential track homes. After a few short years, I moved up to the service field with many years of training and I have been the General Superintendent for Construction. I am in charge of our finished projects because we care about the end result and I make sure the quality is there for our customers to enjoy the products we install for years to come. I enjoy spending my off-time snow skiing, biking, kayaking, and being on the water.
RICARDO MARQUEZ–WONG
(Director of Estimating)
I, Ricardo Marquez–Wong (Estimator) have worked for Total Comfort, Inc. since 1997 and have grown with the company over the course of my Career. I began working as an installer and eventually worked my way up to become the Area Superintendent. After years of great quality production, I was promoted to an Estimator, working hand in hand with our great Design team. I am very team-oriented and also pay great attention to detail.

ANTHONY CLOUSE
(ESTIMATOR/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RNC)
I grew up in Southern California. I went to trade school for HVAC. And now have been working in heating and air conditioning for over 12 years. I started doing install, then switched to service and now I currently do estimating for our new construction division. I made Total Comfort Inc my home in early 2018 and I love challenges, problem solving and ultimately making the customers happy. Aside from HVAC, I’m a father to 2 beautiful girls and I love sports.

ALEXIA PARDO
(CSR)
Hello, my name is Alexia Pardo, I have been in the customer service industry for 8 years but this is my first in HVAC. Total Comfort has shown me so much in such a short time. Customer service is the face of Total Comfort making sure our customers are satisfied with our business. I am a mom of 2 boys, Zander and Sebastian who keep me busy with baseball practice and games. We love spending time with family and friends, going to Dodger games, and watching scary movies.

(PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR)
As the payroll administrator, my responsibilities are keeping track of payroll deductions, processing payroll, and staying on top of adhering to all current and upcoming payroll policies. I have been with the Total Comfort team for about 3 ½ years and this company has inspired me in many ways. I find motivation here with the Total Comfort team and I’m able to have a work-life balance. When situations arise, Total Comfort does not hesitate to find a suitable solution for both the employees and customers. I love spending my free time visiting family, baking sweets, and going on walks with my dogs.

I am a dedicated and hardworking Dispatch Manager for Total Comfort. Balancing my role as a full-time professional and a devoted mother, I bring a unique perspective and strong organizational skills to my job. My experience in managing dispatch operations ensures efficient and timely service for our clients, while my role as a mother has honed my multitasking abilities and attention to detail. I am passionate about my work and committed to providing the best service possible.
