I was recommended here by a great friend of mine, they told me the a/c worked terrifically and the people were fast, convenient and incredibly friendly. My old a/c (before Total Comfort, Inc.) was a huge piece of junk having to sit in the middle of the room, and what made it worse was that the “cold air” was not that cold.We had three additional fans in the house, so we can get some air flow because it wasn”t enough with just the a/c itself. So yeah, of course after i here this from my friend I’m like wow! I need to try this A/C company. And she was spot on, I called in, and with 2 hours they dropped it by! Omar Taylor was very happy, nice, and proud worker. This a/c is so much cooler than my old one, and it’s not taking up nearly as much space as the other one did. So yes, i love it! My a/c went out and I wanted it fixed that day not on Monday I didn’t want to have my kids hot all weekend. I called a few other places got the run around about how it couldnt be done that day. Finally I called Total Comfort spoke to Omar and had my AC fixed that day. I got good customer service after everyone else was rude and wanted me and my kids to wait all weekend. No one understood what i was going through but this place actually listened and got the AC running for me. Dont go anywhere else and let them fix it when it convenient for them. Call the pros get it done when u want it done the customer is always right.

Usually I hate dealing with any repair men coming to our home but I was pleasantly surprised when my service guy (Jose) not only showed up on time but he was very knowledgable and CLEAN. We have had a horrible experience with our installation prior. They mismeasured and left markings all over my wall and they left so much debris behind, that upset me so much because I have a baby in her crawling stage. Total Comfort is our go to from now on!
