My heater broke down at 11pm and I called this company and got an actual live person. Within 3hrs from the phone call I had heat back in my house. The technician, Lance that showed up was such a nice guy even at 1am. When I am on the market for a new system I will be calling Total Comfort, thank you for the excellent service.

I just purchased a system from Total Comfort and James, our rep, was very knowledgeable and really spent a lot of time with my husband and me. We just moved into a new home and we weren’t too sure how to change the filter so we had them come out for a service and from the office staff to the technicians who worked on our home, everyone was an absolute pleasure. Great Company!! I received their promotion in the mail for a complete maintenance on my furnace and A/C. They changed my filters, washed my condenser gave me a lot of great information as to the condition of my system and recommended a couple options for better air filtration in my home. The tech Matt was super helpful even helped me out with a couple things i needed a ladder for. Overall I was impressed with the degree of detail they took and the patience they had with me.
