Please find the attached survey left at our house after the installation was done. We are very pleased with the workmanship and improvement made with this new forced air heater. Our bedrooms are now warm from our arrival and startup of the heater, whereas before it seem to take a good full day to warm up the bedrooms which were always cooler than the rest of the house.
Chuck knew how to fix the problem, did the repairs and did the complete installation by himself, did an excellent job and left a very favorable impression of your company. Thank you for being so prompt, doing a bang-up job and surpassing our expectations. I would certainly call you again.

Recently I was in the market for a new AC & Heating system, after several hard weeks of research I compared many different offers and Total Comfort Inc. attracted me more than any other company.
After meeting with David the President of Total Comfort Inc I was so impressed with how much time he spent with me, showing me all of my options and paying attention to all my questions and suggestions. When there was an issue with the thermostat on the very next day, Chuck, manager of Total Comfort Inc showed up with his top technician Chris to replace a malfunctioning thermostat. I appreciated the team taking the time to explain to me the questions I asked and did not make me feel that any question was less than important.

What a great team you have. I had a complete system installed in our “new” 17 year old home we just purchased. Everyone showed up on time, installed the proper equipment and cleaned up the mess. They were all so very polite. The a/c system works great and I am very pleased with your service – from start to finish! I can’t tell you how impressed my wife and I are following your company’s installation of a new air conditioning system. What makes the difference is the way you engineered the system to the unique needs of our house.
