This past Saturday Jose Vargas (Service Technician) performed my semi-annual service to my heating and air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised as to how neat and professional he was while performing his activities. He also installed an “air scrubber” to my system and explained in detail the benefits and utilization of the add on that we applied to our system.
I certainly will be asking for Jose on my next scheduled service appointment.

called expecting to leave a message on an answering machine but to my surprise an actual live person answered! Omar was extremely nice and VERY PATIENT. I was tending to my cranky baby as I was trying to explain the problem to Omar and schedule a tech to come out. I expected Omar would be irritated as I dropped the phone once, baby grabbed the phone twice and baby cried very loudly here and there throughout the call. I know I was frustrated and I kept apologizing, but Omar assured me he was not phased at all. There weren’t any sighs or any signs of rudeness. Omar kept a very professional composure, even after I called back to rescheduled the service appointment twice. Omar was very understanding that I’m a new Mom and things are crazy! Total Comfort has won my business and referrals with their accommodating employees and family friendly nature!

had a great experince with total comfort when I scheduled for a tune up. They sent Jose Vargas one of their service technicians to my home and right away I was impressed. He asked if his billboard (service van) was going to be in anyones way instead of just pulling up in my drive way. Before he came in he put on shoe covers, I thought that was awesome especially since I just had new carpet installed. He was very polite and knowledgable. He changed out my filters and explained the importance of filtration. He even washed my outside unit and sprayed some type of wax protectant. He did a great job! I will recommend total comfort to all my family and friends and will request jose for any future services. Thank you so much.
