I’ve had AC problems for a few years and have had other techs out with nothing changing for the better. My wife set an appointment with their guys to come out and take a look at the system at no charge and service it. Matt was the main guy for this and was very thorough and extremely easy going putting my six year old at ease as well as my dog. He explained that the major problem with my system was a lack of flow due to ancient duct work. He offered to have his supervisor come out and give us a no obligation quote and let us know that the Hero program would probably qualify for us but he wasn’t sure on the details so didn’t want to misquote. On Saturday Lance came out and gave us a ton of information and options including how to use the HERO program and its benefits. long story shortened we are taking advantage of the new knowledge and getting some new ducts installed at a reasonable rate.

They installed a complete new Trane AC and furnace about 4 years ago and did a great job. Price beat out everyone and the workers were the most polite and [courteous] my wife and I have experienced.
4 years later they have been inspected our system about once per year for free and have never tried to hard sell me something I didn’t need. The last tech named Jose was again super polite (still after 4 years) and did show me some new products such as a whole house surge protector. I appreciate being informed on new technology and really appreciate not having anyone “pushing me” to buy it.

I called them out to get an estimate on replacing the [duct] work in my attic due to leakage. James, one of the supervisors, came in approximately an hour or so. While he was here, I informed him I wasn’t getting enough air in some of the rooms upstairs. After he gave me a thorough explanation of what was wrong with my 30 year [duct] work, I still wasn’t ready to commit. He offered to send his technician to do a complementary maintenance check on my A/C and heating system. A few days later, Lance and Fernando came to do the check. They were very nice, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They totally serviced (cleaned thoroughly) all parts of the furnace and A/C units and explained all that they were doing. My system was in bad shape. While they were here, I mentioned again about my air flow problem. Lance looked in the attic and explain how he could redesign the ducts to have straight passage to each room. I believe I got a great deal, senior discount included. The next day, Michael and Alex came out to install. Again, I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism for them being very young. I don’t know if the redesign will greatly improve my air flow since we haven’t had to use it yet. Time will tell, but so far I am happy with the company’s service.
